Life’s unpredictable, and we get that you might need to cancel or reschedule a dog walk. That’s why Strut and Sniff offers no-cost cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations are disruptive to our schedule and our commitment to our walkers. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your dog’s scheduled walk, the walk will be charged at the regular rate.
Strut and Sniff office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, and 24/7 after-hours services by appointment only.

Yes, all staff is insured and bonded by Pet Sitters Associates LLC.
Yes! You’ll be matched with a primary pet sitter who will handle all your visits, along with a designated backup for emergencies or schedule changes. We make sure to introduce both sitters before any visits begin, so your pet is always familiar with who’s coming by. If there’s ever a change in your regular sitter, you’ll be notified in advance.

Yes, we do—Rain, snow, or Texas heat won’t stop us from getting your pet out for their walk. That said, your pet’s safety is always our top priority. During extreme weather—like lightning in the area—we may adjust the timing of the walk, reschedule for later, or issue a refund if the walk can’t be completed safely.
We’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests during our normal business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) whenever possible. After hours, availability may vary based on staff schedules, but we’ll always do our best to help!
